The National Development and Reform Commission has recently approved Hubei, Hebei, Jiangsu and Jiangxi provinces and Chongqing to develop bio ethanol fuels.
In Chongqing, there are at least 5 companies already or are going to invest in producing the fuels, including Huanqiu company which produced around 60,000 tons of the fuel last year. |
